Here is the HIN from the back port side

The trailer has a black and orange Ca licence plate. The DMV title says 1971, Strange that the title would be wrong, The guy who was storing the boat said he thought his brother bought it brand new in like 1973.
When did the law change regarding HIN take place. Interesting learning and researching this boat.
