Spreader fittings and tangs....

I would like to know about how the spreader fitting and shroud tangs are attached to your various boats. For example, is the tang for the lower shrouds welded to the spreader fitting? How is the bolt through the mast, for those fittings, configured and secured? I know a lot of ways to do this but I'm really curious how ya'll have your rigs set up. Pictures would be just great!
