at Com-Pac is build a boat that feels and acts bigger than it is in terms of numbers. A frequent comment is that they are undercanvassed, or overballasted- take your pick. maybe, but the result is a boat that works, as far as feeling right all around. That's my take on it, and evry time I clean and wax or do a bottom job, I'm reminded of why I enjoy a smaller boat that works.
