Buying Seaward Fox in Cleveland

I'm looking to buy a 1995 Seaward Fox that is located in Cleveland area. That's a long long way from home for me. Before I saddle up and travel out there to look at it, I wonder if there's anyone out in the Cleveland area who might do me the favor of a quick look-see so I know it is at least worth the trip out. Not looking for a in-depth survey or anything like that, but I would like to know that its clean, no rot, no holes, cracks, water damage... you know the list. And possibly just as important, I would appreciate an opinion on the trailer. If I do go out and buy, i will be hauling it almost 800 miles, and I can think of nothing that would ruin my giddy pride in my new toy like an overheated bearing 20 minutes out of Cleveland. Again, I expect no guarantees, but a quick survey by an experienced hand would be appreciated. Thanks
