You have plenty of water and I agree with the others about adding upgrades. Not really worth it. 2 batteries in good shape, perhaps a 120 volt charger if your at a marina to keep them up. One thing I learned is SHADE. Some days the sun is unbearable, so prefitting a good cockpit awning for sun protection is the best idea. If you can, have another that extends forward. Keeping the deck shaded really makes a difference down below. If you are at a marina with shore power, you might consider a hatch mounted air conditioner from home depot. This will make a big difference on those hot, muggy days. A good rail mounted propane grill and interior stove with oven is nice for cooking on the hook. Hook? Consider good anchors and chain with a stern mounted roller as well. Also a strong and wide boarding ladder, permanently mounted is a great asset for swimming or boarding from the inflatable. Make sure the bottom step goes deep when folded down. A Hooka system for diving off the boat is also fun. (google it). Have an extra strong set of hatchboards made with a clever locking system. Just inside the companionway, have a fake rolex watch next to a fake gold money clip with a 20, 10, 5 and 8 ones stuffed inside. The theory being a thief will open the hatch, glance the money and watch, grab and run. Get to know your dockmates and others who are also cruising the sea. It's more fun to buddy boat with others, good friends and good company.
