If you want tol keep your boat on the hard in a fenced area and just launch it when you are using it there is a guy (think is name is Jose)that quoted me $30 a month or $300 a year paid in front. He's on the main road right side on the way in just before you start getting into town. Has a bunch of boats and RV's behind high fence, you can't miss him.
