Date: 2/14/06 5:23a.m. Report: outside forum guidelines In Response To: Midriff islands (Richard CM26 Lake Tahoe) You guys crack me up! I crossed at the mid-drift islands last year. Going 50mph, we made it in little over an hour. It was flat as a pancake. We anchored off of Dog Bay. The wind was blowing one way and the wave were refracting in another direction. Made for an unconfortable night. We had to get up and move the boat. Yes, read Cunningham's books. He gives you the details.
