The changes sound good, but I have a question regarding bringing someone elses boat across the border, in light of these changes. I own the tow vehicle, my friend owns the boat, this used to cause problems with the temporary import process. My question: Will this problem be alleviated? I sold my boat to a friend with the condition that I would use my truck to bring it to Marina Seca for her. Would this cause less problems than transfering ownership in Mexico? Thanks for any info you can pass along!! Ed
