In Response To: Towing to San Carlos-less hassle? (Steve)

Hey, thanks everyone above for those helpful ideas/suggestions. One last question: those lights at the border have always been kind of confusing. They seem to alterante red/green/red/green and I am never sure when stopping is required or going is advised. If they had a constant red or constant green it would make more sense. Also, if you do get the "red" what generally is required at that point??? Thanks again, Steve
