I really don´t know. I do know that the couple ahead of us in line had a lot of difficulty because they wanted to go further south than Sinoloa and they were buying their truck, making payments to a bank someplace in the states. They didn´t have any letter authorizing them to do that from the bank and obviously didn´t have the ownership papers. I finally was taken care of by another agent so mi don´t know what happened to them they were still there talking when we left K21. Maybe someone can shed some light on this subject. I don´t really know one way or the other. Sorry for any confusion. Dana
