I AM HOPING TO TOW MY WEST WIGHT POTTER 14 TO San Carlos for some fairly protected cruising. I am the proud new owner of this old boat and so am eager for advice from anyone considering what permits I need to tow and launch a fourteen foot boat in Mexico and any suggestions for good areas for a micro-cruiser. thanks for the great forum-Eric
