others will tell you the obvious and the usual but i really like the fish-n-maps:

and i also like to go to my google earth software, turn on the lat. and lon. grid and zoom in to set GPS coordinates anywhere on the globe:

ps- i'd much rather sail from rocky point to san carlos than vice versa. i'd sail back on hwy 15 on the trailer.
