"The new marina is called Laguna de Juan II (call Pepe at 044-638-107-3055). The apartments aren't ready for rental yet, but the boat storage is open. Their flyers indicated hours of 7 am to 7 pm with 24/7 security, with pricing about the same as Safe Marina:
Covered storage: $4.00 per foot (trailer)/ month Open area storage: $3.25 per foot (trailer)/ month Equipment locker: $20 per month Boat launching: $20 for boats up to 30', others determined at request
Boat washing: $20 for boats up to 24', $25 up to 30', others determined at request
Boat detailing service offered
Onsite repairs @ $60/hr plus parts"
