Well, no, but it does do the "oil can" thing (read *sound*) at mid cockpit sole. Not as much since I added one of those VERY heavy antifatigue mats normally found in a machine shop. The mat allows water to drain underneath so there is always great footing. I got mine for free from a shop that was closing - they are lotsa $$$$ to buy.
