You can walk over to the "one-stop" office and do it ALL yourself for almost no $$$. If you go up the dock at Baja Naval, turn left go to where the street makes a T, turn left and accross the street is the office. A 2 min walk! They speak very good English and have a step-by-step sign (in English) to help you. Greg
