House) Tom, Other concern about hobie cats during Santana winds (mostly in winter season) is that the temperature may be too low for this kind of cat´s. I still living in Tijuana, my new home project is not for Baja, is for Nuevo Vallarta, in Jalisco. Now I am working on the blue prints. Hope next year will be completed. Hope you and Abby are very good! Regards
