It sounds like coordination, will be the ticket, no matter how you approach moving the trailer from point "A" to point "B".
I'd guess the easiest way would be to do it yourself.
The next option may be the have a friend, you trust and who wants to make the trip and has the time to do it for you.
The next option might be to hire and pay for a truck and driver at point A to deliver it to point B.
Another way may be to arrange and coordinate having the trailer shipped, via the Ferry, from Guymas to La Paz. At first blush, it would seem fairly easy to have someone put the trailer on the ferry at Guymas and it does not seem impossible to arrange for somenoen, perhaps even the storage facility, in La Paz, to be there when the Ferry docks and to move it from the ferry to the storage area.
Perhaps another way would be to pay for someone to tow the trailer to the ferry, to accompany it during the crossing and to drop it off at the storage area of your choice.
If you get a bit more inventive, you may find someone driving a suitable tow vehicle, who intends on taking the ferry from Guymas to La Paz. Such a find may reduce the overall cost, since you may thereby avoid having to pay the round trip cost of the driver or tow vehicle.
You may also wish to find a cargo ship, which transports between the two points and see what that may cost.
While exploring any of these options, I'd be careful to take steps to hlep with the reliability of any arrangements you may make and know, in advance, what contingencies there are to resolve problems and how it all will be assured and perhpas, even insured, etc. against loss an/or damage.
Any way one cuts it, this seems like a straight forward, "time (and/or conveninece) vs. money vs. risk/reliability of outcome" issue.
Do it yourself and it will cost you time and inconvenience, but you'd be able to see, perhaps control and adjust to unknown issues as they arise and have a increased likelihood of the desired outcome, balancing all issues.
On the other hand, if you have someone else do it and it cost you a bit of money and you'd have to rely on the reputation and reliability of those inolved in the move.
As you work through this, please drop a note, here and there, on this forum. It willl only add to the combined knowledge and experience of the larger group.
Best regards,
Tom
