Snafu, the rest of the story

Well, for those who have been following the unexpected events involving "Snafu"... it is being reported that the boat is on the rocks somewhere south of Empalme. It would seem the panga fisherman have done their duty and pilfered most of it. Snafu's owner apparently found her and tried to roll her over to no avail and accepted her as a total loss. The boat was a vehicle and a partner, used by the owner, to share hours of hopes, dreams, work-arounds and teaming up, on, with and against the sea. Knowing the owner leads me to believe there's, yet more. Snafu served Don, until he could safely return to wife, family and friends and I'm pleased the conditions and events took only Snafu. Speaking for all who have been following these events, I'm sure I can say we wish fair winds and seas and our best to Don and Mary and their continuing adventure(s). Tom
