Gelcoat blister repair

I am looking for a boatyard and a top notch fiberglass repairman to do a gelcoat blister repair job on a Valiant 32 next spring. I would like to find a yard on the Baja Peninsula (Ensenada? La Paz? other?) or on the West Coast of the mainland (San Carlos/Guaymas? Hermosillo?). I will be sailing the boat down from Cordova, Alaska, so Baja and Mainland Coast of the Sea of Cortez are the most convenient destinations. Does anyone have recommendations, information, etc.?
