What I've picked up is the strongest winds hit SC in the afternoon, yesterday with winds in the mid to high twenties and gusting to the mid thirties. It brought with it associated storm surge and pounding waves, especially along the exposed coastline and in the main Bahia San Carlos, exposed to the harbor enterence.
