October weather on the Sea?

Hi everyone, We're planning a trip to the Sea of Cortez the last two weeks of October and would like to be on the water as much as possible. Can anyone advise us as to the annual 'average' wind, wave, rain conditions as well as any potentially disruptive weather conditions known to crop up this time of year? We'll be going between Bahia Gonzaga and Bahia de los Angeles... Thank you! greg
