I hadn't really even thought to consider the point you brought up about Concepcion being beyond the Guymas boundry.

At first blush, I'd guess one doesn't need any of particular permit to travel or boat on the Baja, whihc has traditionally been a "free zone" so to speak.

What I may do is talk with the folks at Marina San Carlos and see what they may say.

I'm glad you brought it up.

Fore-warned is fore-armed.

On a different note, one of these times I'd like to meet some of you guys, Johnny of STORK, Dusty, elolvo and the rest of the gang.

It's been "no end of fun" to chat and share information every now and again on this site.
