hight restriction at maraposia crossing

Does anyone know if the hight restricton is in force at the maraposia truck crossing. Last time down you could not enter Mexico until 08:00 with a high profile truck/boat. They had a barrier over the entrance and high profile stuff had to go through a gate that did not open until 08:00 in the morning. Thanks for any information. John
