Mooring Buoys

Report: outside forum guidelines

Some friends and I are currently thinking of coming to sail in the Sea of Cortez for a week in Feb. next year. Most of the people of novices so the last I need as skipper is high seas and winds. What does Feb. tend to be like. Secondly is it al anchor moorings or are there any mooring buoys? Thanks in advance.
