steve- not much action here on the board lately. i've never been to puerto penasco so i was waiting for someone more familiar with rocky point to answer your questions. here's a little help (maybe someone else will give more): you don't need your titles and you don't have to get temp. import permits. you DO need mexican liability insurance... probably for the boat too if you're going to launch from a marina and/or stay in a marina. you'll need to get a visa at the border but probably no fee to pay (unless you stay longer than a week??? not sure on this one for rocky point). there's a certain date where US citizens need to have passports to re-enter the US. it's been extended and i don't know the dates... check elsewhere for the definitive answer on this. if you have one, take it with you - it will make border crossings easier for you even if it's not mandatory yet. -elpolvo
