I haven't made that trip, but there are no good anchorages until around Kino if I'm not mistaken. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. Make sure you pick a good weather window!! I know of one boat that was lost because they didn't check the weather. Gerry has added PP to his charts, and they are great (I would say mandatory for SOC)charts. Good luck and keep a weather eye.
