Has anyone taken a 25' sailboat from San Carlos south to Puerto Vallarta. I'm planning a trip for next year (got my charts, getting few more items for the boat, etc) and was wondering what time of year would be best, any good anchorages going southbound, would like warm (I love hot) weather (naturally) and any other tidbits of info, interesting places to stop at, etc. I presume I can get all necessary documents and licenses (fishing,Temporary, etc), permits at K-21? What about Boat Liability Insurance? My current policy only covers me a wee it south of Ensenada. Any info would be appreciated. My little sloop and I are looking forward to that cruise. Thanks so much, S
