I Always crossed from San Carlos to the Baja side...just depended on prevailing winds as to where I made for,but would then sail down to Puerto Escondido...As to conditions, depends on the weather of course...Photo of my son, Thor (with the Cap't hat on) and some of the other kids at Loreto fest just before the Kid's Dinghy Parade...
