Report: outside forum guidelines

Happy New Year! I'm hoping to get some feedback here from anyone with significant experience with either marina in San Carlos: Marina Real or Marina San Carlos.
I am bringing a Pacific Seacraft Flicka down in several weeks, and am looking for the best possible home for her. I'm hoping to sail for at least the next three months, then dry storage thereafter. Any feedback regarding slip fees/storage costs/launching and retrieval services/modernness of facilities/access to food and entertainment/etc. would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!
