I can't speak directly to your investment, however, I've just completed building a home adjacent to Pelican Cove and have had the opportunity to talk to the "project folks." They HAVE started building to single family homes on the southside of the cove and I believe they are finished now. (At least they were on the market for US$675K and US$775 in early May,) I believe your investment is a good one ... if you can just hold-tight. San Carlos seems to be a bit "over-built" right now, but things will change. The Pelican Cove project folks are as eager as you are to see some major action occur.
