Free emerg tow service included in toll fees?

I didn't know this and thought maybe it would be news to others. Apparently if you break down on a toll road, as part of the toll, they will send a tow truck for free to tow your vehicle to the nearest toll booth. I understand all you need to do is to show your ticket that proves you paid the toll. One person reported when a clutch a clutch failed when about 50 miles north of Hermosillo. The police stopped and called for the tow truck. The tow truck loaded the pickup and carried it to the toll booth just outside Hermosillo. The owner then got someone to pull the pickup from the toll booth area into town to get it fixed. I wonder what they'd do if the vehcile had a boat and trailer? Any one know?
