Bus down Baja

My wife and I hope she can meet me and my boat in Loreto to do some cruising in Baja; we hope she can take a bus down from Tijuana. The usual news is that ABC and El Aguila are the lines which provide this transport-- but right now, neither of them (and they appear to be the same) will allow buying tickets to ANY BCS destinations on their websites, saying that there is no service to Loreto, Mulege, La Paz, etc. What's going on? Website not working, or something worse? Any other bus lines you know of that we could use? Many thanks for any assistance. Wayne
