bringing boat back north

Report: outside forum guidelines

Do you know what documentation is required at US border for bringing someone else's boat & trailer from back from SC into the US? I have had my CP23D there for the past couple of years, and am now trying to arrange a fellow sailor to return back north hauling mine. This is supposing that I would not be along for the ride. Thanks.
