This might be of some interest and perhaps new information for some...considering the 4th of July is always a popular time for a Mexico road trip. Here are some tips and updates: Passports are NOW required for driving to Mexico! As of June 1, 2009, you will need a Passport or Passport Card to cross back into the US from Mexico.
