Boy, that's all they need right now, another hurricane. One of my buddies just got back from San Carlos and filed this report: "Just got back fro San Carlos. Great diving. It was just after the last hurricane. Place was a bit chewed up, but not too bad. Some of the roads had washed out but they were pretty much on top of it. It reminded me a lot of the trip we took down many years ago right after one of the canes struck. (Huricane Hilliary) Things were very slow and some of the businesses are clearly suffering."
