Mast raising!!

Report: outside forum guidelines

built a gin pole setup, using the spare pole from TPIII that was used a lifting pole for the dinghy going forward. After fiddling with it , it now raises and lowers the mast like a champ..I can do it by myself if everything is ready and I try to keep it that way in about 10 minutes.. Not going to be able to launch until we come back from Atlanta after Mary's eye operation!!!
