Report: outside forum guidelines

Got the new main hatch finished. Need to install the runner dogs yet. The frame is roughed out for the fore hatch. All good DF throughout this time. The drawings said 1/4" ply and glass over. It lasted 6 years but the corners of the glass are cracking and the ply wicking up water at the end grain. This, in tern, set the rot to going in the ply and the adjacent DF frame. This time I have used DF solids for the entire structures. The boom crutch needs a temp repair pending the final design on the gallows. The tab folds ~16" above the boom so the gallows has to have provision for the folded mast as well as the boom. The top mast and sprit extension are waiting for installation after the must haves are done. AZ.com dumped my Sketchbook order so I had to find anothe supplier. The second one is 3 bucks cheaper. OK.
