John,
I think that the Cornish Crabbers are an interesting group of gaffed rigged boats; both cutters and sloops. There is one for sail in the classified section here; 1987 Cornish Crabbers 22' Shrimper. The classified ad says that it is 22’ but is actually a 19’ Shrimper from what I can tell. Have never sailed on one but love the look of these boats which I think are loosely based on English Channel Cutter designs.

Also, I have no knowledge or interests in the classified other than I would probly take a look at it if I were in the market for a new boat today.
