The origional 19' boat was all varnish deck with gray painted hulls. I told him he needed to Floridarize mine and all the beautiful varnish had to go. He agreed that it was more work then he wanted to keep up with also. After Fred literitly cut his boat in 1/2 and streached it 18", just forward of the cabin between it and the cockpit, he painted all the exposed deck surfaces to a cream color as that is what I have ordered. The hulls he painted dark greeen. The interior of the cabin is all natural as are the spares and rubrail. He has a rope ladder tied to the starboard scoop. It seemed to work well when I used it in July of this year. I hope to be able to find a folding SS ladder or have one made. I was very sceptical of this boat at first. That is why I spent my vacation time to go see it. Ordered one the day after I got home.
