CM21 Foredeck Hatch $100 BRO

Ok, let's see, I have a foredeck hatch removed from a CM21. I would like to install it on my boat but I can't bring myself to cut a giant hole in my deck. So, I would like to sell it for whatever it might be worth. I thought I had it sold in the spring, but the guy backed out. He had agreed on $100. I think that to be fair, but you be the judge. I looked into a new one and they sell for $350, that's why I wanted to put it on my boat, but just couldn't cut the hole.
