I am selling a used, slightly damaged mast for a Precision 21 sailboat. The mast comes with everything except the standing rigging and one bracket for the starboard spreader that must be replaced. The spreaders and all other hardware are in good condition. The mast was damaged when the upper starboard spreader came in contact with a daymarker pushing the starboard spreader back and buckling the spreader bracket. The bracket pushed into the side of the mast causing a slight dent. Below is a photo of the damage. The dent is about 1 1/2 inches long, 3/4 inch wide, and 1/16 inch deep. A marine surveyor looked over the damage and said it would probably be safe to sail with but he recommended it be replaced to be sure. The mast is 27 feet long and is black in color. I am asking $350.00. I will figure out the cost of shipping upon request. It cost $150.00 to ship my new mast from CT to PA.
