No turtling please

In Response To: 5.2 Turtleing (Blaine)

As far as I know you are out luck. I keep a line tied around the base of the mast and tie the ends to the shrouds with slack in the end to allow me to stand on the center board and pull. Remember to walk over to the center board as it goes on the it side.

You may want to reduce your sail area in heavy winds.

Turtling is not good for our image as harpooners.
