Centerboard Cines and Cleat

Can anyone tell me the correct line size used for the centerboard? I just got a 5.2 project and can't tell by the one that is on there if it is 1/2" or 7/16". (or bigger or smaller) It is worn, swollen in some places and stretched in others. Also, need a new cleat. I can't find a direct replacement. Has anyone replaced this cleat with something more substantional/functional (I saw the purchase system. Or maybe it just needs the new line!
