You can get the Harken 150 cam cleat at West Marine, www.westmarine.com, catalog #114652. It'll run you $24.64 plus tax & shipping. (I just replaced one of mine.) You'll also need a couple 2-1/2" #10 s/s wood screws to attach the cleat to the cb trunk.
