centerboard purchase system

I am trying the purchase system shown on the BW harpoon web site on my 4.6. However, I am having some dificulty making it work properly. I think that the problem is that the up/down haul turning blocks must be individually anchored to a fixed point rather than connected together with a loop around the mast tabernacle. I'm going into my third revision now but am still trying to make it work. I will post a picture when I get it worked out to my satisfaction.
