I'm pretty sure that setup is not original (unless it was changed in later years of production---mine's a 1980). I've only seen the Harken 150 cam cleats used; they work with lines up to 1/2". Below is a pic of how it looks on my 5.2. If it were me, I'd install a pair of 150s and replace the lines (7/16"). However, if you're set on the clamcleats, I guess you could install a pair of verticals. West Marine (http://www.westmarine.com) has them for about $9.50 each + t&s, catalog #115642.
