Non compliant iwth class rules

I guess I am non compliant with class rules. I either have or will in the future make the following mods: 1) Centerboard Downhaul modifications (Extra quick release cleat, and block sets attached to CB trunk). 2) Addition of a thwart wise tie down for two group 31 Marine Batteries to keep them out of the way and power my 55 Lb Thrust MinnKotta if the wind dies. 3) Additional fitings for securing fishing gear and fenders not used in racing. 4) Additional fittings for securing oars for rowing (design TBD).
