I wrote that article about 10 years ago, so I'm not surprised that some of the part numbers are discontinued. Harken's micro line of cleats, blocks, etc. work just fine. Ronstan and Lewmar also have similar hardware.

I did notice one error in my original article, namely that the spinnaker sheets are 3/16" line and not 1/4" as I wrote.

Also, since I wrote the article, I have re-rigged the spinnaker halyard in a more traditional way by leading it back to the rear of the cockpit along the centerboard trunk. I can more easily hoist it while single-handing. My original system works fine, though, if you prefer.
