Doesn't work too well to windward

if there is wind. I do have one--got the longest one that would fit under the seats. I refer to it as "the auxiliary" (I own an outboard, but it does not, currently, work--I am still waiting to wake up one day thinking "I know what I want to do today! Work on a small gasoline engine!" but it hasn't happened yet). Rocking works, too, but you can't steer and do it, so it requires two people.
