Where would a person find the set of class standards to which one should adhere, if one were to remain 'pure and unsullied'? I can't locate any rules/regulations that say what is and is not legal. With 25 years of technology to draw on, it seems that, with the costs involved in new sails today, it would make good sense to take advantage of new shapes, materials, and construction methods to gain an advantage at a small increase in dollars spent. Can anyone help me out here?
